The SmithShaper LLC Express Warranty guarantees that SMITHSHAPER® and SQUATX® exercise products listed above as #1 through #26 are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the customer's proof of purchase date. If a defect is identified, SMITHSHAPER LLC will replace the exerciser at no charge to the original owner. If the product is no longer in production, a substitute product of equal value will be provided. This warranty does cover shipping charges or product failure caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or use near any sharp objects or other equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn't cover cosmetic or incidental damage or worn out or damaged hook and loop elastic straps, door anchors, handles, worn wheels, worn padded end grips, worn padded center grips, resistance bands, printed exercise posters, or worn out, indented, scuffed, scarred, or torn SMITHSHAPER® kneeling mats or pads. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration or modification of the exerciser or kneeling pad product(s). The customer must contact support@smithshaper.com to inform of the defect.
