SMITHSHAPER.com Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping at SmithShaper.com. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We do understand that sometimes our products may not be right for you. For this reason, our return and refund policies and instructions are explained below.

If you did not receive your order or something was missing, please contact us via our CONTACT PAGE here. SmithShaper LLC can immediately work with you to resolve any issues your have as long as your request is received by us within 30 days of your delivery date. 


Return Requirements

1. Please Advise Within 30 Days - All returns must be requested within 30 days of the item being shipped to you. Please notify us via our "Contact Us" page link which can be found on the footer of every page of our website. Within your message please provide the Order Number and indicate your reason for returning the item. We will immediately review and reply with initial return authorization if your return is within the 30 day period.

2. If you paid shipping fees for your order, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no additional charge. However, if you were not charged shipping fees during your original purchase of the product from SmithShaper.com, we will notify you if you need to purchase your own return shipping label. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your request. A 20% repackaging / restocking fee may be applicable depending upon the state of the returned item.

3. Please Include original packaging when you return the product(s). Any returned product(s) must be unused and returned within all of its original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. At that time will also provide you with the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • If you paid by credit card, your reimbursement credit will arrive by the end of your next credit card billing cycle, depending on your card issuers policies.
  • If you used your PayPal balance for your original payment, you will receive a reimbursement credit within 7 days to your PayPal account.
  • If you used your Venmo balance for your original payment, you will receive a reimbursement credit within 7 days to your Venmo account.
If upon inspection of your returned item, it is damaged or no longer in new condition, SmithShaper LLC may not be able to accept the return. If the return is rejected, SmithShaper will advise you of your options and explain that no refund will be issued. Your two options are as follows:

A) Pay $15 for a return shipping label so SmithShaper LLC can return the item to you (for domestic USA addresses only).

or

B) Have SmithShaper LLC destroy and recycle the returned item at no charge to you. If you do not specify an option within 14 days of the return rejection notice, the item will be recycled by SmithShaper LLC.
